Job Description
- Diagnose and fix problems with the automation systems (e.g., connectivity issues or device malfunctions).
- Perform regular system updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure that home automation devices can be controlled via multiple interfaces, such as mobile apps, smart speakers (e.g., Alexa, Google Assistant), or touch panels.
- Provide training and support for homeowners to understand and make the most of their automation systems.
- Hands-on experience in system installation, integration, and troubleshooting is highly valuable.
