The role holder is responsible for providing technical support and cater to the needs of the franchisees / dealer / distributor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for demo, inspection, installation and commission of new machinery at various customer locations
- Responsible to handle maintenance and breakdown of machinery.
- Analyze competitor s product and understand the variation with the company s product.
- Responsible for process auditing and training.
- Improve customer satisfaction by fulfilling their requirements.
- Prepare and maintain reports and documents for analysis and audit purpose
