- 7+ years of IP knowledge and skills, preferably developed in both law firm and in-house roles.
- Experience with the unique IP issues faced by AI and other emerging tech companies.
- Proven track record of managing complex IP litigation matters.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex IP-related transactions, including licensing agreements.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to support cross-functional teams, as well as to engage with external partners.
