Who are we looking for
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT, to understand complex data integration requirements and translate these into scalable, efficient, and reliable technical solutions.
What will you be doing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT, to understand complex data integration requirements and translate these into scalable, efficient, and reliable technical solutions.
- Architect, design, and implement end-to-end data integration solutions that ensure seamless data flow and high availability across various systems and platforms.
- Build, maintain, and optimize the complete suite of Informatica Cloud platform administration, including data integration, application integration, data quality, and governance.
- Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for ETL/ELT processes and data integration methodologies.
- Lead the architecture and development of advanced data pipelines, transformation logics, and task flows integrating data from diverse sources such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, JDE AS400, Microsiga, and other ERP systems.
- Ensure high data quality, reliability, and accessibility by implementing robust data governance and quality frameworks.
- Work experience with complex data warehouses and data lakes, with familiarity in Snowflake and SQL Server being a plus.
- Work closely with data engineers and data analysts to create efficient, scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data platform issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging data technologies and trends, evaluating their potential application within the organization.
- Document comprehensive system designs, processes, and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain a robust, well-documented data infrastructure.
- Lead the team in identifying and implementing data integration best practices, standards, and processes to ensure a high-performing data environment.
Who are You
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in ETL/ELT processes and data integration methodologies.
- Advanced expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Change Data Capture (CDC) technologies.
- Proven track record of integrating data from various ERP systems and building robust data pipelines.
- Extensive experience working with Snowflake, SQL Server, and other relational databases.
- Solid experience in application support, including resolving production issues and optimizing system performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of data integration developers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data integration issues.

- Proven ability to stay updated with the latest data technologies and trends and apply them to improve data integration processes.
