We are looking for a Branch Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth for Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage products. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, mentoring team members, and ensuring smooth branch operations.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Achieve individual and branch sales targets through new business sales, referrals, and customer retention.

- Conduct weekly/monthly reviews for outbound and inbound sales performance.

- Ensure proper onboarding of new customers acquired.

- Lead daily morning huddles to set goals and agendas for the team.

- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sourcing and onboarding process.

- Monitor and manage the Daily Sales Report (DSR) and lead conversions.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to new joiners and existing branch employees.

- Build and maintain key branch relationships to enhance business growth.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3 to 8 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) or Mortgage.

- Strong communication and relationship management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services.

- Proven ability to build and maintain a strong network within and outside the branch.

- Experience in team handling and leadership.
