Build and manage a community of users or customers around a brand, product, or service
Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase community engagement, such as hosting events, creating content, and building partnerships with other organizations
Respond to inquiries, questions, and comments from community members in a timely and professional manner
Monitor online conversations and feedback to identify opportunities and issues to engage with the community and improve products or services
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure community engagement efforts align with business goals and objectives
Develop and maintain relationships with key community influencers, such as bloggers, social media personalities, and brand advocates
Analyze community engagement metrics to track the success of community engagement efforts and make recommendations for improvements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
