Role & responsibilities

• User Research & Strategy Gather requirements, conduct research, and define UX strategies.
• UI/UX Design & Prototyping Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
• Micro Animations & Motion Design – Implement subtle interactions, hover effects, and smooth transitions using Figma Smart Animate, Lottie, or CSS animations.
• Usability Testing & Optimization – Usability studies, and refine designs based on user feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years in UI/UX design for web and mobile web
Figma expertise (components, prototyping, design systems)
Micro animations & interactions (Figma Smart Animate, Lottie, CSS animations) (Preferred)
User-centered design & accessibility principles
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
