Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing support for financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

-Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and PL statements.

-Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing of accounts.

-Manage reconciliation of accounts, ledgers, and financial documents.

GST Compliance:

-Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns

(GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).

-Ensure accurate reconciliation of GST data and address discrepancies.

-Manage input tax credit claims and ensure compliance with GST laws.

Income Tax Compliance:

-Prepare and file income tax returns for the company and ensure timely payments of advance taxes.

-Assist in tax planning and ensure compliance with the latest income tax regulations.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

-Oversee and manage accounts payable/receivable processes.

-Ensure timely payments to vendors and monitor outstanding receivables.

Requirements:

-Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting (preferably with CA firm experience).

-Qualification: Graduate in Commerce

-Proficiency in Tally Prime and Excel is essential.

-Strong knowledge of GST, income tax laws, and other statutory regulations.

-Advanced proficiency in financial reporting tools.

-Excellent communication and analytical skills.

-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
