About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and creative Front-End Web Developer with a strong foundation in graphic design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing user interfaces, developing and maintaining websites, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices. This role requires a blend of artistic flair, technical expertise, and a passion for creating engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites and web applications.

- Create and implement responsive designs that adapt seamlessly across various devices (desktops, tablets, and mobile phones).

- Develop and maintain company branding guidelines across all digital platforms.

- Design and produce high-quality visual assets such as banners, icons, illustrations, and social media graphics.

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visually compelling campaigns and marketing materials.

- Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js).

- Optimize website performance for speed, usability, and search engine optimization (SEO).

- Troubleshoot and debug website issues efficiently.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards are met.

- Stay updated on the latest front-end technologies and best practices.

- Work closely with the development, marketing, and content teams to translate design concepts into functional and engaging web experiences.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to contribute creative ideas and solutions.

- Effectively communicate design rationale and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including ES6+), and jQuery.

- Experience with at least one popular front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.

- Experience with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Materialize).

- Good understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

Design Skills :

- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills and a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).

- Ability to create clean, modern, and user-centered designs.

- Understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
