Senior Architect

Role & responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead architectural design projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Conceptual Design: Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions that respond to client needs, project goals, and site conditions.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in architectural design, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards throughout the design process.

Healthcare Design: Apply specialized knowledge of healthcare design principles to create environments that promote patient well-being, staff efficiency, and safety. Incorporate evidence-based design practices to enhance the healing environment.

Transportation Infrastructure: Design railway stations, Bus Terminals, Airport

Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of project tasks.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects, to integrate various design disciplines into cohesive project solutions.

Client Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, preferences, and feedback. Present design proposals and project progress updates to clients and stakeholders.

Construction Administration: Oversee the construction phase of projects, reviewing contractor submittals, conducting site visits, and resolving design-related issues as they arise.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of architectural drawings, specifications, and documents produced by the design team.

Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design. Incorporate innovative ideas and sustainable design principles into projects where applicable.
