Job Description

Fostering relationships with customers and gaining a good insight into the food and Beverage industries, the customers businesses, and their requirements.
  • Initiate potential customer visits, trial, promote products and gain new market share.
  • Looking for new potential market opportunities in Pan India
  • Generate revenue from the customers. Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth sales flow process.
  • Work closely with Regional Industry Manager, Product Manager and Business Manager to identify product requirements.
  • Provide input related to the development of new markets and products
  • Make cost calculations quickly and accurately and submit offers to customers.
  • Contact the customer to negotiate the term of the agreement and make the sale.
  • Reviewing sales achievements.
  • Visiting trade fairs, exhibitions, and product training
    Preferred Profile
    • Minimum Education : Bachelors Degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering/master s in science (Chemistry) / B Tech (Chemical Technology/Engineering)
    • Minimum experience : Manufacturing/Business development (2-4 years).
      • Sales experience in the Dairy or processed food industry chemicals or projects is preferred.
      • Dairy/ Food Processing/ Manufacturing knowledge (preferred)
      • CIP/Cleaning/ Sanitation, Microbiology, QMS (preferred)
      • Sales Acumen & Excellent networking.
      • Market Intelligence, Supply and Demand Estimation.
    Desired Skillsets
    • Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point
    • Able to multi-task effectively and balance time in a demanding environment.
    • Never say die attitude and core belief in solving a problem in totality.
    • Strong written and oral communications skills.
    • Good presentation skills
