Production Executive

The job description is mentioned here below:

• Be responsible for overall management of the shop floor during the assigned production runs.
• Deliver production output targets for the assigned production runs.
• Ensure operation of plant and machinery as per SOP.
• Ensure optimal utilization of plant and machinery through planned batch sizes and product changeovers.
• Ensure Good Hygiene and Manufacturing Practices during the operation.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to safety protocols
• Coordinate with HR for all people related issues and Maintenance for all machinery breakdowns.
• Ensure effective use of the resources to ensure maximum efficiency in terms of cost and productivity.
• To develop and drive OEE improvement by Improving the Performance loss, Availability loss & Wastage reduction, across the value chain.
• Coordination with all departments to compile and present the monthly factory performance
• Black Belt Savings Realization

Key Requirements of candidate (Knowledge / Skills / Qualification / Experience / Age)

• Qualification : Graduate in B.E./B.Tech/Diploma or others with 4+ years experience in Production in food companies
• Experience : Working Experience at different levels in manufacturing and SAP systems
• Knowledge : Experience in Operational excellence
• Additional Skill: Good Planning Skills, Strong interpersonal skills both with managers & workers.
