E4 Software Services - Golang Architect - Backend Technologies (5-7 yrs)

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role as a Golang Architect located in Navi Mumbai. As a Golang Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Golang.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and security of systems.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of Golang experience

- 6+ years total programming experience (Java, .NET, etc.)

- Strong experience in software architecture and design

- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable and secure applications

- Effective communication and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture and development of software solutions using Golang, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and define system specifications.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.

- Contribute to key architectural decisions, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.

- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality output and compliance with architectural guidelines.

- Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Utilize effective communication skills to address and resolve technical challenges within the team.
