We are looking for a dedicated Application Support Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and experience in the CRM or banking domain, which would be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for application-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems. Collaborate with the development team to implement fixes and improvements. Monitor application performance and ensure optimal functionality. Conduct regular system maintenance and updates. Provide user training and support as needed.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in SQL. Experience with CRM systems or within the banking domain is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Special Instructions :
