Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Full Stack React Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack React Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that provide exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with our product and design teams to translate their vision into functional and efficient code. Your role will involve both front-end and back-end development, primarily using React for the front-end and Java for the back-end. You will be expected to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code, and to participate in code reviews to ensure the quality of the codebase.

Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and debugging applications, optimizing performance, and ensuring the security of the applications. You should have a strong understanding of web development principles, be proficient in JavaScript, and have experience with RESTful APIs. Familiarity with modern development tools and workflows, such as Git, Webpack, and CI/CD pipelines, is also important. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for staying up-to

date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain web applications using React and Java.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to implement new features.

- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications.

- Optimize application performance and ensure security.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Required skills and qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

- Experience with React.js and its core principles.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Ability to work in an agile development environment.

- Understanding of web security best practices.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns

Preferred skills and qualifications :

- Experience implementing observability via tools like Splunk, SignalFX, Sentry etc.

- Experience implementing experimentation and event logging tools like LaunchDarkly, Amplitude etc.
