HR Executive And Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive recruiting techniques
• Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
• Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings with business stakeholders to assess candidates' suitability for the position
• Connecting with business stakeholders for recruitment-related coordination
• Provide regular updates on the recruitment process and candidate status
• Adhering to recruitment TATs
• Maintain the recruitment database on regular basis
• Potential candidate pipeline creation for future vacancies
• Completing assigned HR operations activities within given TAT
