Job Title- Divisional Risk and Control Senior Analyst, AVP

Location- Pune, India

Role Description

As the Divisional Risk and Control Senior Analyst in our Technology Risk team you will partner with Risk experts to analyze the end-to-end process for the calculation of key risk metrics and related reporting to clearly articulate inefficiencies, inaccuracies, findings, controls, and other related Technology Risk Data issues and processes. Your work will drive improvements in the quality of information used in Technology Risk management for Deutsche Bank. You will lead efforts to perform root cause analysis of identified issues and map out tactical and strategic solutions for process and control improvement related to Technology Risk.

Your key responsibilities

• Implement a reporting capability to identify findings, controls, and other Technology Risk data in scope for internal and regulatory reporting
• Identify and manage any risks associated to the regulatory reporting governance process or function in accordance with internal Risk Management processes
• Implement KPIs and reporting on finding, control, and process compliance / governance based on defined qualitative and quantitative metrics
• Support on-going operation of data quality management across the Technology Risk data domain by defining and reporting on processes and metrics to measure the quality of the data used in risk management
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within data management processes and tools (e. g. , critical data elements, lineage, control documentation, data quality measurement)

Your skills and experience

• Experience with BI / data analytics tools, (e. g. , Tableau, QlikView, Alteryx)
• Basic experience in a programming / scripting / data query language, (e. g. , Python, Structured Query Language (SQL)) supporting the ability to interpret, analyze large data sets
• Experience in business and data analysis, process improvement and project management
• Experience in developing data standards, processes, and policies, as well as developing and implementing enterprise data strategies, operational data stores and data quality tools
• Experience with large scale data remediation or regulatory remediation projects
