Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Analyst with a proven track record in the analytics field. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be highly proficient with numbers, and possess the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets. You will be responsible for data deep dives, modeling, and visualization, as well as working with ETL processes, data mining, and other analytics techniques to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform in-depth data analysis and data mining to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.

- Manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure seamless data integration across systems.

- Develop and maintain robust data models to support various business functions.

- Create dynamic and visually compelling dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.

- Utilize advanced Excel for data modeling, analysis, and reporting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Analyze large datasets, identify key business opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.

- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all systems.

- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Excel: Advanced skills in data modeling, reporting, and analysis.

- Python/R: Proficiency in data analytics and statistical analysis.

- SQL: Strong knowledge of querying databases and data manipulation.

- Tableau/Power BI: Expertise in visual data representation and dashboard creation.

Education: Engineer, MBA, or Graduate in Statistics or a related field.
