Job Description
- Post Graduate in Business Administration, Logistics or similar fields.
- 3-5 Years of work experience in Procurement/Logistic functions.
- In depth knowledge of contract and logistics.
- Good communication and leadership skills. Analytical mindset.
- To create and implement organizational procurement strategies that are innovative, cost effective.
- To connect & build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry
- To compare proposals for price and specifications & negotiate with Vendors to reduce costs.
- To review contract specifications on behalf of the company.
- To communicate with vendors to ensure that the product arrives in a timely fashion.
- To manage systems that track the shipment, inventory and supply of materials and ensure last mile delivery.
- To lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency.
- To prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement and stock/asset reports across organization & do regular audit of stock/Assets.
- To track consolidated stock report of Supply Chain team and alert for SKUs beyond fixed limit.
- Assisting in admin & audit function for Governance Vertical
- To ensure adherence to all safety, health and environmental rules and regulations towards admin/procurement function.
