As a Sales Manager - Sports HNI Clients, you will be responsible for executing a sales strategy focused on High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNI). Your role will involve driving revenue through bespoke sports travel packages and exclusive experiences while building strong, long-term relationships with premium clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert HNI clients.Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue through targeted campaigns and bespoke offerings.Leverage analytics for pricing optimization and forecasting.
HNI Client Engagement: Build lasting relationships with HNI clients by delivering tailored experiences. Represent DreamSetGo at premium events to expand the client base.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing D2C sales team specializing in luxury sales.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to design exclusive packages for HNIs.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to monitor sales success and provide insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
8-12 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record in D2C and luxury or HNI client segments.
Expertise in high-ticket sales, personalized client engagement, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing teams.
Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, particularly with HNIs and affluent audiences.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Passion for sports, travel, and creating bespoke experiences is highly desirable.
