Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Dreamsdesign s services and solutions.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Understand client needs and propose relevant services to meet their requirements.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
What We re Looking For
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in IT or related industries.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
A proactive and target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
Basic understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or SaaS solutions is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
