Overview :

We are seeking an exceptional Principal Applications Engineer to lead and drive the development of high-performance, scalable, and secure applications across platforms.

The role demands expertise in both frontend and mobile technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and a problem-solving mindset.

This individual will play a critical role in shaping the architectural strategy and delivering user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership, guiding the architectural strategy to ensure scalability, performance, and security.

- Mentor and lead engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

- Design and develop cutting-edge web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Remix.

- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, or native technologies (iOS/Android).

- Address complex challenges in performance optimization, security, and scalability for multi-platform applications.

- Implement innovative solutions with a focus on responsive and adaptive designs.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver seamless and delightful user experiences.

- Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.

- Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with relevant standards across all platforms.

Requirements :

- Extensive expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Advanced knowledge of frontend frameworks like React and Remix, with hands-on experience in their ecosystems.

- Proficiency in mobile development using Flutter, React Native, or native platforms (Swift/Kotlin/Java).

- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and native module integration.

- Deep knowledge of secure coding principles and authentication protocols like OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.

- Proven experience in debugging, performance optimization, and building scalable applications for web and mobile.

- Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR), Remix Server Components, and cloud-based deployment practices.

- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects and mentor teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with integrating mobile applications with backend services such as REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

- Expertise in using modern tools for build optimization, deployment, and performance monitoring.
