Your Role :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across areas such as Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and Recommendation Systems.

- Work alongside a talented team of data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and impactful AI solutions.

- Experiment with advanced algorithms and technologies to continually improve model performance and tackle complex business challenges.

- Take ownership of end-to-end model development, from data preprocessing to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (Ph.D. is a plus!).

- Strong experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and ML/DL frameworks.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and a track record of mentoring and leading teams.
