Founder Office Manager

1. Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.

2. Write copy for a variety of media, including social, print, and video, and implement brand

guidelines across all company communication channels.

3. Collaborate with marketing team to develop new marketing materials.

4. Coordinate with the HR Team to align the Founder's schedules and provide the required

details as and when required.

5. Communicate using current appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistent and

articulate messaging.

6. Create various forms of social media content for the House of Brands that BTM ventures as a

company holds text captions, videos, and images suitable for the various social media

platforms, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

7. Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar.

8. Assist the marketing team in ensuring every content aligns with our brand voice.

9. Research to learn more about current trends and developments in marketing

10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring new ideas

and insights to the organization.

11. Collaborate with different departments and teams to ensure effective communication and

project coordination.

12. Ideate content, post, engage, and optimize the same through its life cycle.

13. Understand consumer pain points specific to the brands and develop a user-first experience

through skilled analysis to address consumer needs.

14. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new marketing materials

15. Communicate using appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistent and articulate

messaging.

16. You will handle any other responsibilities that fall under the domain of the Founder's

Associate and are delegated to you by the CEO.

17. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Manage

multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks according to business needs and deadlines.

18. Any other tasks that are pertinent to your role in the organization or assigned by the CEO or

reporting officer, which fall under the job of a marketing team member

19. Support the CEO or Your reporting manager in monitoring, exploring, and building the

envisioned marketing material and strategies.

20. Monitor tasks delegated to you & ensure task completion within agreed deadlines, and

maintain at least 75% of key performance indicators to justify your fixed pay. Tailor video

content for social media platforms, understanding platform-specific nuances and trends.
