Job Description
1 All GRN based Bookings, Invoice Verification and coordinating with Store as well as Logistic team.
2 Timely processing all outward remittances and Passing respective entries. In case of Discrepancies coordinating with Store and Logistic Team.
3 Co-ordinating with Bank for Issuance, Amendment of BG as per Sales team requirement. Co-ordinating with Sales Team for smooth processing of BG, confirming pre application of BG process (Like Draft vetted files with Sales Team)
4 Bank Reconciliation
5 Processing of Debit note to Inter companies
6 Timely processing of all monthly payment like TDS, TCS, Provident Fund, Profession Tax and GST
7 Posting of Invoice Booking and Payment entries
