- Developing and implementing data strategy aligned with the organization s goals.

- Identifying and prioritizing data-related projects and initiatives.

- Ensuring the alignment of data projects with business objectives.

3. Pre-sales Solutions:

- Involvement in the pre-sales process by collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop solutions that meet client needs. This may include creating proposals, participating in client meetings, and providing technical expertise.

4. Collaboration and Partnerships:

- Collaborating with external partners and vendors to enhance data capabilities.

- Building relationships with other industry leaders and participating in relevant forums or conferences.

5. Operations management:

Managing and developing associates within an organization is a multifaceted process encompassing identifying skill gaps, fostering career growth, implementing effective training programs, guiding technical skill development, optimizing associate utilization, and efficiently conducting hiring and interviewing processes.

Qualifications:

- A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

- Advanced degrees or certifications in data management or analytics are often preferred.

- Proficiency in data management tools and technologies (eg, SQL, NoSQL, Data Warehousing, ETL processes).

- Knowledge of programming languages used in data analysis (eg, Python, R).

- Experience with big data technologies (eg, Hadoop, Spark).

- Several years of experience in data management or a related field.
