Conducting quality control audits and inspections to identify non-compliance issues, defects, and areas for improvementDeveloping and implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and prevent their recurrence
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and customer service, to identify and resolve quality issues and improve processes
Maintaining and updating documentation related to quality control processes, procedures, and systems
Conducting quality control training programs for employees to ensure that they are aware of quality control standards and procedures
Participating in customer meetings and conducting customer surveys to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills
