Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving sales volume for the designated region, handling current client relations.
Role and Responsibilities:
Define a strategy to achieve sales target.Conduct market research to identify and prioritize new business opportunities & customers for expansion.Perform market analysis of key industry trends.Participate in the research and development activities that involve building on company strengths.Identify and generate information needed to obtain a competitive position in the industry.Ability to recognize viable (strategic and profitable) new business opportunities quickly and accurately.Development of new clients as well as retaining them by offering better customer relationship and service.Monitoring and handling day to day sales activity.Excellent communication skills.Must be efficient as a team player.Coordinating with Operations team for day to day operations and troubleshootingDevelop and proactively review and tune the team structure to meet/exceed business objective.
