Sales & Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling techniques to identify and connect with potential customers in the optical industry across the country. Effectively qualify leads to ensure a good fit for our Optical CRM software and DLance optical products. Deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight the features, benefits, and value proposition of our offerings. Convert qualified leads into paying customers by overcoming objections and closing deals. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong and lasting relationships with potential and existing customers in the optical industry. Understand customer needs and challenges related to customer relationship management and optical products. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, fostering trust and building long-term partnerships. Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our Optical CRM software, its functionalities, and its benefits for optical businesses. Possess a strong understanding of DLance optical products and their applications within the industry (an advantage). Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.
