About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager - US Accounting to oversee our US accounting operations.

- This role requires a strong understanding of US GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

- You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes, while also providing strategic financial insights to the business.

Responsibilities:

Financial Recordkeeping:

- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and tax regulations.

- Conduct periodic audits to guarantee the accuracy of financial records, expenses, and savings.

- Organize and file all federal, state, and local income tax documents.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Assess all business transactions and prepare accurate reports on your findings.

- Contribute to budgeting procedures and provide financial forecasts.

- Regularly brief management on the company's financial position and recommend solutions to improve results.

Tax Planning and Compliance:

- Coordinate with employees on income tax research and US Accounting planning.

- Respond to tax and accounting-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

Process Improvement:

- Develop and implement effective accounting policies and processes.

- Stay up-to-date on industry changes and changes in regulations.

- Utilize accounting software and MS Office to streamline operations.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- MBA preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in US Accounting, preferably in a multinational company.

- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.

Skills:

- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.

- Solid understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
