MS SQL & ETL Designer / Developer- Kuwait

Role & responsibilities

Work location Kuwait (Onsite only)

Experience 3+ years

Description:

• Extensive Experience in ETL processing in a very large data warehouse environment
• Extensive Experience in PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, SQL, No SQL to build ETL programs
• Proven Experience in developing procedures/functions/and very advanced Database Scripts on Enterprise Scale (ex. Banking, Telecom, Retail …)
• Extensive Experience in designing and developing SSIS solutions to acquire and prepare data from numerous upstream systems
• Expert in building complex data transformations and cleansing packages with SSIS
• Proven Experience in managing/customizing and extending huge enterprise Databases/Data warehouse with of millions of daily transactions
• Excellent Experience in the following areas:
• Design, model, develop & optimize stored procedures to meet data management and data reporting objectives.
• Design and model data flows and ETL procedures ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Working with data engineers to ensure that data sets feeding the various systems and the analytics platforms for optimal performance.
• Develop automated data audit and validation process to ensure end users are getting the right data.
• Experience in Apache Spark / PySpark is a plus
• Excellent ETL/Data warehouse Technical Documentation skills
