Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft systems, including application servers, web servers, and databases.Ensure the security, stability, and performance of PeopleSoft systems by monitoring system logs and performance metrics.Manage PeopleSoft upgrades and patches, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.

Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery procedures for PeopleSoft systems.Collaborate with technical and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.Provide technical support to end-users, including training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.Participate in the planning and execution of PeopleSoft-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
