Product Manager - Supply Chain Finance (5-18 yrs)

About the Role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our Supply Chain Finance product.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain finance, working capital, and product management.

- You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, development, and growth of our supply chain finance product.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

- Develop and execute the annual operating plan for the supply chain finance product.

- Manage the product's P&L, ensuring profitability and growth.

- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Process Accountability Charts (PACs).

- Develop and implement incentive policies to motivate and reward stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver regular management presentations.

- Formulate business policies to guide product development and operations.

MIS and Payout Management:

- Develop and maintain business and partner MIS reports to track performance and identify opportunities.

- Calculate and process payouts and incentives accurately and timely.

Digitization:

- Launch and drive the adoption of digital platforms to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

- Manage Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and partner integrations.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of internal and external portals.

Analysis and Training:

- Analyze the performance of launched capabilities and identify areas for improvement.

- Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to stakeholders and clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with finance, sales, IT, credit, policy, operations, risk management, and audit teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong understanding of supply chain finance, working capital, and product management

- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

- Experience with digital platforms and technologies

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
