Key Responsibilities:

Channel Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration within the assigned region.
- Identify and explore new distribution opportunities through regional retail partners, franchisees, and resellers.
- Ensure that the company's channel partners are aligned with the brand's values, product offerings, and sales targets.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to the team to enhance performance, product knowledge, and sales skills.
- Ensure a high level of collaboration and communication with both internal teams and external partners.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the region.
- Monitor the performance of retail partners and distributors, ensuring they meet their sales quotas.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and data analytics for senior management on the performance of the channel network.
Market Expansion & Business Development:
- Identify new market opportunities and potential partners within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products and brand presence.
Product Knowledge & Training:
- Ensure that channel partners and their staff have a thorough understanding of the company's product range, new collections, and promotional campaigns.
- Organize product training sessions, roadshows, and seminars for partners to boost sales capabilities.
Sales Operations & Support:
- Provide operational support to channel partners, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, stock management, and customer service.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, events, and advertising strategies tailored to regional markets.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within the region.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for product development, pricing strategies, and sales techniques.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts and customers within the region to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by customers or partners promptly and professionally.
