Celonis Data Engineer & Analyst - Process Mining (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Celonis Process Mining Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, process mining, and a proven track record of driving business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leverage Celonis to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

- Analyze large volumes of process data to uncover hidden insights and trends.

- Create insightful dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives based on data-driven recommendations.

- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Celonis.

- Utilize SQL, Python, or other programming languages to automate data analysis tasks.

- Work closely with IT teams to integrate Celonis with other systems and data sources.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in process mining and data analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis process mining.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages.

- Experience with ETL tools and techniques (e.g., Informatica, Talend).

- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their data structures.

- Strong understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and statistical methods.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Celonis certifications (preferred).
