Job Description

Reporting directly to CEO; Knowledge of PowerPoint and Canva & Microsoft Excel; Travel for marketing and sales events and customer meetings, appointing resellers, manage collaborations and partnerships and handle all follow ups.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive business development and sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and target markets.
Lead the creation and management of a qualified sales pipeline.
Manage and coach a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.
Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture.
Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive new business opportunities.
Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement effective sales training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Oversee sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient use of resources.
