Ad Creation:
Write compelling ad copy and test variations for better performance.
Bid Management:
Monitor, adjust, and optimize bids for cost-effectiveness and optimal performance.
Performance Tracking:
Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms.
A/B Testing:
Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and other elements to continually enhance campaign performance.
Budget Management:
Manage SEM budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget and goals are met efficiently.
Collaboration:
Work closely with SEO, content, design, and development teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic strategies.
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with SEM trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SEM and paid search campaign management.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEM tools (experience with tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs is a plus).
Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights.
Certifications: Google Ads certification (preferred) or other relevant SEM qualifications.
