Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy Management:
- Plan, create, and execute effective SEM strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin, and other platforms.
Optimization:
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, quality scores) and meet KPIs.
Keyword Research:
- Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends for better targeting and audience reach.
Ad Creation:
- Write compelling ad copy and test variations for better performance.
Bid Management:
- Monitor, adjust, and optimize bids for cost-effectiveness and optimal performance.
Performance Tracking:
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms.
A/B Testing:
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and other elements to continually enhance campaign performance.
Budget Management:
- Manage SEM budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget and goals are met efficiently.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with SEO, content, design, and development teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic strategies.
Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with SEM trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SEM and paid search campaign management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEM tools (experience with tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs is a plus).
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Certifications: Google Ads certification (preferred) or other relevant SEM qualifications.
- Creativity: Ability to craft engaging ad copy and create testing strategies to improve results.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present campaign insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
