Digital Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, infographics, etc.)
• Grow inbound leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including SEM/Display Ads and LinkedIn marketing).
• Increase traffic to the website using SEO, Content marketing tactics
• Design and run creative brand marketing ads with a retargeting strategy
• Run Social media campaigns to attract and grow follower base by collaborating with the marketing agency
• Design lead nurturing campaigns with content mapped to the buyers journey
• Optimize website content and improve CTAs using heat mapping/interaction analysis
• Optimize lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
• Monitor and measure key metrics from google analytics and social media channels on a monthly basis.

Preferred candidate profile

• BA/BS/MBA degree with equivalent work experience of 4 -6 years in digital inbound marketing required
• Google Analytics : Functionality, Analysis, Reporting, Setting GA goals, Troubleshooting
• Experience in CRM automation - preferably Hubspot
• Experience and expertise in running Linkedin ad campaigns for B2B businesses. Manage budgets, Execute, Report, and Prove ROI in ad campaigns.
• Knowledge in data mining and data analysis.
• Excellent communicator -- both written and verbal.
• Creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
