Social Media Analyst - Digital Marketing (2-4 yrs)

- Social Media Analytics: Track and analyze metrics across social platforms (such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and CTRs) to measure and report on campaign success.

- LinkedIn Page Management: Provide data-driven insights specific to LinkedIn content and campaign performance, helping to guide strategy and optimize content for maximum engagement and reach on LinkedIn.

- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor all social media accounts to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Campaign Optimization: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance social media strategies, boost engagement, and increase reach.

- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.

- Content Evaluation: Analyze the performance of various content types, with a focus on LinkedIn posts, to understand audience preferences and inform future content planning.

- Reporting: Create and present detailed reports for management, outlining key findings, KPIs, and actionable insights for improvement, particularly on LinkedIn.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the social media and content creation teams to align analytics with content strategies.

- Channel Activities: Oversee social media account designs, generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e. original text, photos, videos and news).

- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

Qualifications:

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools (ex: Google Analytics, Meta Suite, LinkedIn Ad Manager, Hootsuite etc. ) and data analysis software.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a passion for numbers, data interpretation, and trend spotting.

- LinkedIn Page growth: Proven experience on LinkedIn & Instagram growth strategies.

- Good understanding on social media norms
