Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Trainee. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You will support the execution of digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various online platforms.

1. Social Media Marketing:

- Execute targeted outreach via LinkedIn groups to engage Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and execute scheduled posts aligned with ABM strategies.

2. Email Marketing:

- Run pre-designed email campaigns targeting ICPs and key accounts.

- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, focusing on engagement and conversions.

3. Analytics & Reporting:

- Track campaign performance using tools like HubSpot.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

- Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing are welcome to apply.

- Familiarity with social media platforms, HubSpot, or similar tools is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong analytical skills and effective written and verbal communication abilities.
