Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Visits:
Conduct regular visits to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.
Present product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
Sales Generation:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with customers.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or issues promptly.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Gather and report customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
Identify potential new markets and customer segments.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Track progress towards sales targets and adjust strategies as needed.
