Job Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.

- Design, develop, and implement Workato integrations and workflows to automate business processes.

- Configure and customize Workato recipes, connectors, and triggers to meet specific client needs.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Workato integrations to ensure reliability and efficiency.

- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful Workato projects.

- Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, integration diagrams, and user.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience : Minimum 5 years of strong experience as a Functional Business Analyst specifically within the Core Banking domain.

- Domain Knowledge : Excellent understanding of banking operations, processes, and products (e.g., CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, Trade Finance).

Technical Skills :

- Proven experience and knowledge of Oracle Banking Products (e.g., Flexcube, Oracle Banking Platform, OBP).

- Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.

- Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Note :

- Must be available for face-to-face interviews in Bangalore.

- Must have a notice period of 15 to 30 days.
