Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and trade shows to maximize brand exposure and generate leads.
Utilize digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences.
Monitor and analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and recommend adjustments to optimize performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successful marketing campaign execution.
Proficient in utilizing digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and web analytics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
