A minimum of 2 years of experience in web development.
Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5 and CSS

Ability to understand CSS changes and their consequences to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
Knowledge of Photoshop, AI and other graphic tools
Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly coding patterns.

Roles and Responsibilities
Use a data-driven approach via web analytics for monitoring and reporting of paid media campaigns
Interface with account managers, and strategic leads to deliver for clients across a wide array of industries
Work collaboratively with team members to create, implement, and measure online marketing campaigns
Develop multi-channel paid digital media marketing campaigns and strategies, including search, display, discovery, performance Max, paid social video and mobile
Daily monitoring of campaign management of paid social and/or search campaigns including monitoring account and campaign performance, troubleshooting issues and identifying new opportunities.
Experience with setting and managing to CPL / CPA targets in Google Ads, Facebook or other platforms
Proven ability to construct a proper A/B testing approach from hypothesis generation through data gathering and conclusions
Familiarity with how digital ads are served and tracked using pixels, URL parameters, etc
Perform On page and Off page SEO optimizations: keyword research, content gap analysis, meta data optimizations and competitive research
Manage day-to-day paid media accounts and vendors
Develop strategies to increase lead volume, decrease cost per acquisition and out-manoeuvre competition in a highly competitive market
Strong ability to communicate to a diverse set of teams; use data and insight to make a case for what you need to be successful
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
