Risk Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Study, analyze & identify potential risks & risk mitigation strategies for future business which company may start.
• Identify financial, safety or security risks that the organization may face
• Prepare action plans to mitigate risk factors
• Develop risk control and management strategies to reduce the financial and legal impact on the business
• Gather confidential financial information from client such as income, assets and debts
• Evaluate the current risk management processes and determine their effectiveness in a current & future scenario
• Liaise with, and guide senior management and the stakeholders about the current and potential risks through reports, documentation and presentations periodically
• Prepare risk contingency plans to tackle current & future risk management issues
• Ensure that the company meets its legal and regulatory risk requirements
• Study market trends, and implement the learnings into the risk management processes of the company
• Perform risk evaluation, which assesses the way the company previously handled risks
• Make risk-avoiding adjustments to current methods of operation in order to minimize their future risks
• Analyze current product / processes, identify potential risk & mitigate strategies

Preferred candidate profile :

• Knowledge of the Indian financial markets, Commodity market (Precious metals) and its related instruments
• Certification as a qualified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
• Solid knowledge of risk management principles
• Expert-level knowledge of MS Office, and other risk management tools
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
