Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a passion for building responsive and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both frontend and backend development, with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and website optimization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that enhance user experience and meet business goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3 years of experience in full stack web development.
- Proven experience in both frontend and backend development projects.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong knowledge of backend technologies: Node.js, Express, PHP, or Python.
- Experience with databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- UI/UX Skills:
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch).
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Role and Description:
- Website Development Maintenance:
o Design, develop, and maintain responsive and dynamic websites.
o Ensure website functionality, performance, and security through regular maintenance and updates.
- Frontend Development:
o Build engaging user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
o Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX best practices for optimal user experience.
- Backend Development:
o Develop server-side logic using languages such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby.
o Manage database integration and optimization (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- UI/UX Design:
o Understand user requirements and translate them into functional design specifications.
o Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve website design.
- Website Optimization:
o Implement SEO best practices to enhance visibility and traffic.
o Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers.
o Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team meetings to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
