Promotions and Campaign Execution: Actively oversee and execute promotional activities on the brand's official website. Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns aimed at increasing conversions and customer engagement. Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and optimize based on performance metrics.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Analyze keyword trends and implement strategies to maximize search engine visibility and organic traffic. Collaborate with the content team to create high-performing SEO-friendly content.
Website Management and Hygiene:Maintain website hygiene by ensuring timely updates and implementing the latest features for optimal performance. Conduct regular audits to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
Competitor and Market Analysis: Continuously assess competitive pricing, sales strategies, schemes, and new product launches in the luxury haircare and personal care markets. Use insights to refine the brands positioning and offerings.
Strategic Business Planning:Develop and implement business strategies to maximize output from all e-commerce channels, including the brand's website and third-party marketplaces.
Reporting: To the SGM/CMO of the company. Regular interactions with the CEO & top management.
