Ensure Accuracy: Ensure that all orders are recorded correctly and transmitted to the kitchen staff promptly.

Serve Food and Beverages: Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring that all items are presented in an appealing and professional manner.

Customer Service: Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, addressing any special requests or dietary restrictions with care and attention.

Upselling: Suggest additional menu items, such as appetizers, desserts, or wine pairings, to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.

Table Maintenance: Continuously monitor the cleanliness and organization of tables, ensuring that they are set up properly for the next guests.

Billing and Payments: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and handle cash and credit card transactions.

Resolve Issues: Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management when needed.

Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.

Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about menu changes, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience as a waiter or order taker in a restaurant setting is preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
