Talent Acquisition:Work closely with the recruitment team to attract, hire, and retain top technical talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and effective onboarding process. Employee Relations:Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment. Performance Management:Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms, to enhance employee productivity and engagement. Learning and Development:Identify training and development needs within the technology team and implement programs to enhance skills and career growth. Change Management:Support organizational change initiatives by facilitating communication, coaching managers, and promoting a culture of agility and innovation. Metrics and Reporting:Analyze data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and business outcomes. What are we looking for?. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus. 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role within a technology or fintech environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
