Job Description
- Should have strong understanding on SRE concepts and working model.
- Previous experience of working as a Lead or a manager for the SRE team.
- Previous experience of handling operational aspects, customer communication, escalation handling and shift management would be preferred.
- Kubernetes - Should have extensive hands-on experience on Kubernetes like writing helm charts, automating deployment through Jenkins , optimizing Docker files/images.
- Security - Identifying security vulnerabilities in Kubernetes infrastructure , example Docker image scanning , k8s cluster scanning , YAML file scanning etc.
- Monitoring - Developing and enhancing monitoring capabilities with preferred tools like Prometheus/Grafana/Alert manager/Datadog/Splunk etc.
- Automation - Hands-on experiencing implementing automation systems using Ansible, shell, python etc.
- CI/CD - Experience in CI/CD workflow by creating CI/CD pipelines preferably using Jenkins declarative pipelines.
- Expertise in version control systems (Git, SVN).
- Should be very comfortable working with Linux environment.
- Should have a strong understanding & work experience around SRE principles.
- Hands-on experience with AWS environment (EKS, EC2, IAM, S3)
